How to send something back, swap a size, or exchange a piece for a different one.
Return window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the period stated at checkout, from the day your order arrives.
Starting a return
Message us with your order number and whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a resize. We will confirm the return address and how to send it.
Packing it safely
Return pieces in their original box and pouch, wrapped so nothing moves in transit. Damage caused by loose packing may reduce what we can refund.
Exchanges
Swapping for a different size or a different piece is usually the quickest route.
If the new piece costs more we will send a payment link; if it costs less we refund the difference.
Ring resizing
Many rings can be resized rather than returned. Tell us the size you need and we will confirm whether the design allows it and what it costs.
Sale items
Reduced pieces can be exchanged unless described as final sale at the time of purchase.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the packaging and the piece before doing anything else, then contact us. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
Postage costs
Change-of-mind returns are posted at your cost. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are at ours.
