Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an order, and what changes once it has been dispatched.
Before dispatch
An order can be cancelled in full at no cost any time before it leaves us. Contact us as soon as you can — pieces are usually prepared quickly.
After dispatch
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned. See exchange & return.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces
Engraved, resized and bespoke pieces are started promptly and cannot be cancelled once work has begun, except where the item is faulty.
How to cancel
Send your order number and the word “cancel” through our contact page. We will confirm in writing — an order is only cancelled once you have that confirmation.
Refund timing on cancellations
Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method. Allow a few working days for it to appear.
Cancellation by us
Rarely, we may cancel an order — for example if a piece is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. You will always be refunded in full.
