Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated

The conditions that apply when you place an order — separate from the site terms, which cover use of the website itself.

Draft — pending legal review

How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send an email confirming the piece has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout, and your order is prepared once payment clears.

Taxes and duties

Prices show whether tax is included. For international orders, any import duty or customs charge is the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces

Engraved, resized or bespoke items are made for you specifically. Lead times are quoted at the time of order and cancellation rights are limited — see our cancellation policy.

If something is out of stock

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will contact you and refund in full.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable period and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these conditions affects the consumer rights you have by law.
